Carolyn Coker Ross, MD, MPH, CEDS, is a physician, speaker, and consultant specializing in addictions, eating disorders, trauma, and intergenerational trauma. Dr. Ross is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. She is board-certified in Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine. In January 2020, Dr. Ross delivered a TEDxPleasantGrove talk titled Historical and Intergenerational Trauma. She is the founder of Inclusive Minds Consulting, a group that provides training to organizations on fostering trauma-informed, inclusive, and equitable workplaces. Additionally, she is the co-editor of the book Antiblackness and the Stories of Authentic Allies: Lived Experiences in the Fight Against Institutionalized Racism.
