Before joining the public service, Mr. Dillman worked in private practice as a barrister and solicitor and was a managing partner of his own firm. Outside of legal practice, he consults on technology and trains lawyers on best practices for using technology in legal practice. He also regularly speaks on technology-related topics to law firms, law schools, bar associations and CLE providers, and produces accredited courses for the legal community which teach technology-based practice management and productivity skills.
