About This Course

The reauthorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program (RC Program), now entitled the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, represents a renewed and valuable source of foreign capital. Key aspects revised by this bill include adjustments in the investment threshold, reauthorization time frame, targeted employment regulatory definition, and several security and integrity measures.

As the new bill brings significant changes to the RC program, it has also created new challenges for the EB-5 investment industry. Thus, to ensure compliance and avoid potential legal pitfalls, there is a need for regional centers, project developers, and foreign investors to keep abreast of the latest developments in the immigration regulatory landscape.

Join a panel of key thought leaders and distinguished professionals organized by The Knowledge Group as they provide a comprehensive discussion of the recent changes in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Speakers, among other things, will offer practical tips and strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
